JT Farm's Triple X and Jimmy Toon are Green Conformation Hunter Champions at CN Winter Equestrian Festival

Wellington, FL - March 10, 2008 - The blue ribbons kept arriving for JT Farm at the eighth week of competition at the CN Winter Equestrian Festival. JT Farm is led by trainer Jimmy Toon of South Salem, NY, and Wellington, FL.

Toon rode to a championship in the Green Conformation Hunters on Triple X, owned by JT Farm and Lyn Pederson. The handsome bay gelding was second in the model class and finished with two wins and a second over fences for the championship.

Triple X is a seven-year-old Oldenburg gelding that Toon owned for three years. He now owns the horse with Pederson, an amateur rider from Greenwich, CT. Triple X has moved up from the Pre-Green Hunters this season and has adapted easily, taking home more than one championship during the circuit.

The reserve championship in the Modified Children's Jumpers went to Latino, ridden by Katie Galbraith. They were third in the $1,500 Time First Jump-off class and second in the $1,000 Time First Round class. In the same division, Giotto and Nicole Christie were sixth in the Time First Jump-off class and fourth in another class. Carolyn Lichtenberg piloted Kendy to sixth place in a Time First Jump-off class.

Brianne Link and Asgard Mercury were second in the Children's Pony Medium Hunter division and Link rode Foxcroft Veronsky to two fourth places in the Large division. She was also third, fourth, and sixth in the Equitation 11 & Under.

Cayero, an equitation horse trained by Toon and owned by JT Farm, finished eighth in the WIHS Equitation jumper phase with rider Sophie Benjamin. They were also fourth in the USEF Medal class.

Ellen Toon and Invincible picked up top ribbons in the Amateur-Owner Over 35 Hunters, while Joan Ciampi and Alexia were sixth in the Adult Amateur 36-50 Hunters. Alexandra Arute rode JT Farm's Avalon to fourth, fourth, and fifth places in the Large Junior 16-17 Hunters.

JT Farm will compete next at the ninth week of the CN Winter Equestrian Festival on March 12-16, 2008.

At JT Farm, riders of all levels are welcome and are afforded the very best training by a staff of experienced, caring professionals who are committed to excellence in the show ring in equitation, hunters and jumpers. For more information on JT Farm, please visit www.jtfarm.com.
